E-Sign Consent Agreement
āBankā, āweā, āusā and āourā means First National Bank Texas, a national banking association, or First Convenience Bank, a division of First National Bank Texas or First Heroes National Bank, a division of First National Bank Texas.
You agree and understand that the Bank may send the following communications in electronic form:
- Legal and regulatory disclosures and notices, Bank communications associated with your Loan Application submitted to the Bank
This agreement applies to legal and regulatory disclosures, and electronic communications associated with your Loan Application submitted to the Bank. Your one-time consent will remain effective through the Loan Application process or until you expressly withdraw your consent. Your consent does not apply to documentation concerning an origination of a Loan Account as result of your Loan application, such as a Promissory Note, or to future account applications.
By providing your consent on one device, you are providing consent for all access devices you use (mobile, computer, etc.) You are responsible for ensuring that all your access devices meet the applicable system requirements so that you are able to access and view legal and regulatory disclosures, and electronic communications concerning your Loan Application with the Bank, should you choose to use alternate devices. If you need to update your contact information so that the Bank can contact you electronically, please contact the Bank by mailing your new information to Customer Support, P.O. Box 937, Killeen, TX 76540, calling customer support at 254-554-6699 or 800-677-9801 for First National Bank Texas or 800-903-7490 for First Convenience Bank, or 254-532-3000 or 800-477-9801 for First Heroes National Bank or by sending a secure message through Digital Banking.
You must agree to receive a text message or phone call generated by the Bankās system(s), and provide affirmative consent to receive electronic communications by entering a one-time unique code within the required field to view your Loan Application status. Your affirmative consent is provided when you select the check box to agree to the Loan Status Terms of Use. Once affirmative consent has been provided, a text message containing a link to access Portable Document Format (.PDF) files containing a code will be sent. Once you are able to access the documents, you must provide the code to the Bank associate demonstrating that you have the ability to receive such communications. The PDF files will contain your initial account disclosures, terms, and conditions. While the Bank does not charge for the delivery of these disclosures electronically, please be advised that text or data charges or rates may be imposed by your carrier. You agree to be responsible for any telephone charges, text messaging fees, Internet service fees and any other charges or fees your wireless carrier may impose as a result of your accessing your disclosures through your access device.
Upon consent, legal and regulatory disclosures, and electronic communications concerning your Loan Application with the Bank will be made available in electronic format only. You may request paper copies by mailing your requests to Customer Support, P.O. Box 937, Killeen, TX 76540, calling customer support at 254-554-6699 or 800-677-9801 for First National Bank Texas or 800-903-7490 for First Convenience Bank, or 254-532-3000 or 800-477-9801 for First Heroes National Bank or by sending a secure message through Digital Banking. These will be provided to you upon request at no charge.
You will need a current version of a program that accurately reads and displays PDF files (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) and sufficient electronic storage space on your computer or deviceās hard drive or other data storage unit. If we change the minimum hardware or software requirements and you are unable to receive disclosures, notices, and electronic communications, you will be released from these Terms and Conditions without any penalty.
You may withdraw your consent at any time during your Loan Application process. To withdraw consent please reply STOP by text to 621-61, or inform the Bank associate at the time of account opening. If you withdraw consent, you will no longer receive legal and regulatory disclosures, and electronic communications concerning your Loan Application with the Bank. Upon termination of electronic delivery of legal and regulatory disclosures, and electronic communications concerning your Loan Application with the Bank, by you or by us, a new enrollment will be required to reinstate this service.
